Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that you are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes in your destination country. International orders may experience delays during customs processing, and additional charges may apply depending on your location and local regulations. We recommend verifying your country's import requirements with your local customs authority before placing an order. If you regularly receive international shipments, you can order from JDM Garage with the same process.

Whats the return/refund policy?

What is our refund policy?

We offer full refunds on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account. For items shipped internationally or special orders, refund eligibility may vary, contact us for details.

When Is the next gearbox shipment coming?

These gearboxes sell out quickly because demand is genuine. We import stock from Japan monthly, with 1–2 months lead time from payment to arrival, then 2–3 business days for dispatch from our warehouse once ordered.

50% deposits on gearbox's

We offer 50% deposits on OEM transmissions. When a gearbox is out of stock or in transit, you can secure your order with a 50% deposit. Once paid, we'll send you an invoice for the deposit amount. When the gearbox arrives, we'll invoice you for the remaining 50%. Your gearbox won't ship until the full balance is paid in full.

Do we do second hand parts?

No, we don't stock second-hand parts. We focus exclusively on new JDM components. For used items, Yahoo Auctions or Buyee are your best bet, you'll find better selection and pricing through those channels.
