Brand new straight cut gear set to suit the Toyota R154 gearbox, built for serious street, drift, and motorsport applications. Designed to be fitted into your existing R154 transmission, these internals are the same gear set used in our fully built R154 package.

Each gear set is professionally assembled in New Zealand by KASPA Transmissions New Lynn, the same team behind our complete built R154 gearbox.

The R154 is widely regarded as one of the strongest factory transmissions ever produced, making it the perfect platform for high horsepower 1JZ and 2JZ builds and any engine swap.

Assembly Service Available

We can get these assembled for you by KASPA Transmissions in New Lynn. Pricing includes assembly and return freight where applicable:

• Drop off to Kaspa, New Lynn: $4,900 — drop your gearbox off directly and we'll have it built for you
• North Island: $5,199 — we organise freight to and from Kaspa for you
• South Island: $5,299 — we organise freight to and from Kaspa for you
  
  

Please note that for the assembly service your gearbox has to be functioning as we reuse the synchros and selector forks. We can get synchros and selector forks in but it will be at an extra cost. The prices above include assembly and bearings.
